HR Acuity is seeking a Client-Facing Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation of the HR Acuity suite of solutions for our external clients. As an Implementation Manager on our Professional Services team, you'll own the end-to-end deployment of our platform for enterprise clients, working directly with Senior HR and IT leaders to dive adoption, business outcomes, and best in class customer experience.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role built for implementation professionals who thrive on complexity leading user workshops and guiding organizations through real change management. You won't be managing a help desk queue or maintaining account health scores. You'll be the expert who makes the platform work for clients at scale, then hands off a fully adopted solution.
If you've delivered complex SaaS implementations in HR Tech or a relaed enterprise domain and you're energized by being the most knowledge person in the room when it comes to your product, this role was created for you.
Pacific Standard Time is preferred.
This role is intended for external-facing implementation professionals, not implementation project managers focused on internal systems or operations.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $125,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
