Day in the life as the Marketing Campaign Manager
Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and audience needs.
Translate product positioning and messaging into compelling campaign narratives.
Lead strategy and execution for outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and product updates.
Develop segmentation strategies and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline generation and influence.
Regularly audit lead scoring and content effectiveness.
Partner with RevOps to refine attribution and reporting processes.
Stay current with marketing tech trends and apply innovations to improve campaign performance.
Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach.
Contribute to process documentation and improvements.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $115,000 and $125,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
