Overview

As an RFP Proposal Analyst at HR Acuity, you’ll play a key role on our Revenue Operations team, supporting the end-to-end process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in proposal management, sales operations, or information security within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

 

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling responses that reflect our brand and values. You’ll also help maintain our proposal content library and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.

The Opportunity

The RFP Proposal Analyst will be responsible for:

 

  • Support the coordination and completion of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires for prospective and current customers.

  • Maintain and update our sales content database (Responsive, formerly RFPio).

  • Learn and apply knowledge of HR Acuity’s security policies, compliance standards, and product capabilities.

  • Partner with internal teams—including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Security—to gather accurate and timely information.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining standardized documentation related to security and compliance.

  • Track project milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance our proposal workflows.

  • Provide occasional support to other Revenue Operations functions, such as Deal Desk or Help Desk activities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, project coordination, technical writing, or a related field—ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in SaaS, sales operations, or information security.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and GDPR.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000-$82,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
