The Opportunity

  • Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to refine the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with our ambitious business objectives through unique and innovative approaches.
  • Oversee the complete product development process, with a focus on delivering value to our users while achieving business objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs, identify product opportunities, and launch innovative product capabilities that offer unique solutions and experiences to HR Acuity clients.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to uncover trends and opportunities for innovation within our platform.
  • Facilitate client discovery and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs, translating insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Clearly define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to engineering and design teams, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality results.
  • Employ data-driven strategies to establish key product metrics, assess performance, and identify areas for ongoing improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the organization, promoting innovation, user-centric design, and collaborative brainstorming.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment with hands-on experience in HR tech solutions. 
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup is a plus. 
  • A track record of leading product innovations from ideation to successful market introduction and user adoption. 
  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making, plus the ability to work with incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs and turn them into solid action plans. 
  • Exceptional communicator skills, adept at orchestrating customer feedback sessions and aligning cross-functional teams towards a common vision. 
  • A solid grasp of Agile methodologies, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, iterative development setting. 
  • Deep user empathy and a strong command of UX/UI design principles, dedicated to delivering outstanding user experiences. 
  • Proficiency in managing remote teams and steering projects in a distributed workforce. 
  • Experience with AI-driven or innovative solution deployment is a strong plus.

Perks and Benefits

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected all-in to be between $145,000 and $161,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
