Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a keen understanding of data-driven marketing strategies to contribute to the continued success of HR Acuity. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that reinforce our thought leadership and revenue goals.

The Opportunity

Day in the life as the Marketing Campaign Manager

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reinforcing thought leadership and driving revenue.
    • Develop and implement email marketing and nurture campaigns that create demand, drive engagement, retention and revenue.
    • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to translate positioning and messaging into compelling campaigns. 
  • Email Marketing Ownership:
    • Utilize predictive analytics to create responsive audience segments based on buyer intent.
    • Own strategy, planning and execution for all outbound marketing emails, including nurture programs, newsletters, product updates and promotional campaigns. 
    • Own communications calendar. 
    • Develop segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, relevant email experiences for different audiences. 
    • Build, test and optimize email templates, subject lines, content and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversion. 
    • Monitor email deliverability, maintain list health and ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). 
  • Performance Management and Optimization:
    • Regularly audit lead scoring criteria based on data analysis.
    • Provide ongoing content performance analysis based on pipeline influence and generation.
    • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement to both the Marketing and Rev Ops teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Align industry- and persona-based messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Marketing Technology and Operations:
    • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
    • Implement emerging trends to enhance campaign performance.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting of campaign metrics in HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach. 
    • Maintain campaign and email best practices documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience you bring:

  • Professional Experience:
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and email marketing.
    • Familiarity with ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense, Common Room or similar).
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Experience in B2B SaaS required. HR Tech preferred.

 

Marketing Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation and personalization across platforms like email, web, social, paid, community, etc.
    • Excellent writing experience, with ability to create concise value-based messaging that drives action tailored to specific audiences.
  • Project Management:
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proactive management of workloads, ambiguity and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration Skills:
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Clear communication and openness to feedback.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to make data-driven decisions, citing evidence from marketing trends, KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
    • Understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce.
    • Experience with 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, WordPress, Asana or similar tools.
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related communications field or relevant work experience.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $125,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
