Overview

HR Acuity is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Implementation team as the Sr. Manager of Implementations. In this remote role, you will drive the growth and management of the team overseeing client implementations of the HR Acuity suite of solutions.

 

You will ensure that Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts manage the entire client engagement process from pre-kick-off to adoption. The ideal candidate is well-versed in HR SaaS technology and Implementation Methodologies and is detail-oriented to ensure effective change management within client organizations. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior leadership, including C-level executives, human resources professionals, legal, and IT teams across various business segments, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

The Opportunity

  • Drive the growth and development of the implementation team to ensure all clients have an exceptional onboarding experience, directly impacting client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure timely completion of implementations, proactively identifying risks to timelines and implementing solutions to keep projects on track, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead change across the organization during the implementation of our largest Enterprise client projects (~30-40% of time), contributing to organizational transformation and client success.
  • Develop strong relationships and communication with key client contacts to ensure clients are referenceable, fostering long-term client relationships and continued growth.
  • Mentor the implementation team to understand organizational requirements and challenges, manage expectations, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide outstanding client service, enhancing team performance and client outcomes.
  • Develop team metrics and drive initiatives to improve KPIs, contributing to the overall success and growth of the implementation team.
  • Provide regular communications to leadership, project teams, and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Build and manage engagements to structured project plans to minimize clients' time to first value, optimizing client satisfaction and project success.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to clients on business process improvement, change management, and best practices during implementation to ensure high success and full client adoption, becoming an expert in the HR Acuity suite of products and features and Human Resource best practices.
  • Partner across organizations, including product, engineering, and management resources, to develop and enhance optimal implementation processes, driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management and Adoption Lead to ensure successful adoption and change management within all client organizations, supporting client transformation and success.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce implementation duration, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the product team on requirements and development time frames for custom development initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of client-specific solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience leading concurrent enterprise ($100k+) implementations with a SaaS solution, demonstrating strong project management and leadership skills.
  • People management experience or experience leading a team of implementation managers, showcasing your ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in HR Tech/HR SaaS, providing a solid foundation in HR technology and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience implementing Workday or other large HRIS/HCM product suites, highlighting your expertise in HR systems.
  • Proven ability to drive change within client organizations, demonstrating your impact on client success and transformation.
  • Experience developing outstanding relationships with senior-level executives at enterprise organizations in HR, IT, and legal, showcasing your ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to find creative and proactive ways to communicate to stakeholders, drive process improvements, and implement process change, highlighting your problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, showcasing your self-motivation and leadership qualities.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills with facilitation and/or training experience, demonstrating your ability to lead meetings with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization/prioritization, time management, and analytical skills, highlighting your ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to quickly master a new system and implementation process, showcasing your adaptability and learning agility.
  • Ability to work and influence across the organization, highlighting your collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction ratings with client engagement and personal communication strategies, showcasing your impact on client success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple Enterprise and Professional clients, highlighting your ability to handle complex and dynamic work environments.
  • Experience working internally across engineering, product, customer success, and customer support, showcasing your cross-functional collaboration skills.

Perks and Benefits

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $117,000-$148,500/year base; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position includes other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. This position is annual bonus eligible with a total On Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000-$165,000  Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
