HR Acuity is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader who possesses strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. We will need a self -motivated individual who can proactively solve problems and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. This candidate must have the ability to motivate, inspire and hold a remote sales team accountable. This role reports directly into the CRO and is critical to the success of the sales department and the company as a whole.

Skills and Qualifications
We are headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. This role is remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs and travel to customer meetings
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $340,000 and $360,000/year (OTE); however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
