Overview

HR Acuity is looking for a creative and charismatic professional with a strong interest in selling HR solutions. As the first Enterprise Account Executive in the Financial Services segment, this role contributes to expanding the company’s customer logos and revenue within a critical market segment. In the role of Enterprise sales, your day-to-day involves identifying, prospecting and building relationships with Executives and VP’s at some of our largest potential Financial Services customers. You’ll engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs, delivering best practices, tailoring solutions, and nurturing relationships to drive conversions. You’ll be collaborating closely with marketing and product teams, as well as liaising with customer success teams for seamless handoffs. Your interactions span both internal teams and external clients, ensuring an end-to-end positive experience for all stakeholders.

The Opportunity

A day in the life…

  • Prospect and identify new opportunities and generate a quality pipeline with a focus on our clients with more than 10,000 employees.
  • Generate your own pipeline with assistance from the SDR and marketing teams.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/SalesLoft, 6Sense.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions to properly position HR Acuity’s product suite.
  • Quarterback all new sales activities, which means properly managing follow-ups and resources needed across the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, which requires building strong cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively create, manage, and nurture a sales pipeline, deliver timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Be able to confidently present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a Financial Services-focused Enterprise sales role, SaaS experience required.
  • Experience using a CRM required, Salesloft or Outreach a plus.
  • Demo experience required.
  • Formal sales training/bootcamp a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to quickly build a prospect pipeline and create/expand existing networks.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be naturally curious and exhibit a growth mindset.
  • Be adaptable to learn and try new things as the company grows.
  • Experience selling to HR is a plus.

We are headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. This role is remote WFH. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $220,000 to $240,000 (OTE) however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
