The Opportunity

  • Identify new opportunities with a particular focus on our clients up to 5,000 employees
  • Consultative approach to understand client needs and properly position HR Acuity’s product suite appropriately
  • Manage a Sales Cycle that requires cross-functional support, which means properly managing follow-ups and resources needed across the company
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, deliver timely and accurate forecasts
  • Generate quality pipeline 
  • Be able to confidently present and demonsrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

Qualifications

SKills and Experience

  • Min 2 years achieving sales goals of a SaaS solution to Mid-market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed expectations in terms of revenue generation.
  • Exceptional ability to quickly build a prospect pipeline and create/expand existing networks.
  • Evidence of sustained quota/goal achievement.
  • Command of goal-oriented, customer-centric/solution selling principles and methods.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in the working in a start-up environment.
  • Experience selling to HR is a plus.

We are headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. This role is remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $200,000 to $220,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
