Overview

We're seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team, where you will play a key role in coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives and events. The ideal candidate should have the ability to come to the Florham Park, NJ office as needed for the purpose of collecting department/company equipment. Experience in event management, social media, and/or marketing lead generation. If you’re a creative marketer with a flair for event planning and a passion for building brand presence through events, we’d love to hear from you!

The Opportunity

  • Strategizing and Executing Events: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Events Manager to plan and execute targeted, C-level event series. From exclusive dinners to high-impact tradeshows, webinars, and engaging roundtables, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s presence.
  • Engaging Communication: Managing day-to-day communications from registrants and attendees. Your clear and concise messaging will ensure a seamless experience for all participants, leaving a lasting impression.
  • Precision in Data: Oversee lists and databases related to event attendees, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining high-quality data.
  • Creative Impact: Assist in developing compelling marketing materials and promotions for events. Your creativity will shine as you craft content that resonates with our audience.
  • Logistics Mastery: Coordinate logistics for events, from venue booking to catering, equipment setup, and transportation arrangements. Your organizational skills will ensure flawless execution. 
  • Measuring Success: Tracking event metrics and providing post-event analysis and reports. Your data-driven approach will guide our future strategies.
  • Innovative Solutions: Contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall success of events and marketing campaigns. Your creativity will drive impactful outcomes.
  • Holistic Support: Assisting in other marketing activities such as fielding reports, helping with social media management, and other communications tasks. Your versatility will be invaluable.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, Event Management experience a plus
  • Proven experience executing multiple processes
  • Experience with automation tools like HubSpot are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
  • Ability to come to the Florham Park, NJ office for the purpose of collecting department/company equipment

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $45,000 to $55,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
