As a Lead Product Managerat HR Acuity, you will be empowered with building innovative solutions for a product set within the HR Acuity platform. Your ability to leverage research, market analysis, competitive analysis, usability, and your data-driven approach will help to define a vision and strategy to meet our company objectives and enhance how HR, employee relations, and managers conduct employee relations and investigations. You'll work collaboratively across the organization to ensure business goals are met and desired client outcomes are achieved.

The Opportunity

  • Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for a pillar within the HR Acuity product, with clear focus on driving business results
  • Deeply understand client needs, identify product opportunities, and bring to market innovative product capabilities that provides differentiated solutions and experiences to HR Acuity clients
  • Run client discovery sessions to uncover unmet client needs and UX feedback sessions to test product concepts and designs
  • Serve as the primary point of articulating product requirements to the design and engineering teams
  • Create, manage and prioritize Jira tickets
  • Apply your understanding of Employee Relations and Human Resources to drive the next set of HR Acuity innovations
  • Understand market and client needs by closely working with Clients, Prospects, UX Research and Marketing
  • Understand HR Acuity competitive landscape and ensure HR Acuity’s products are differentiated in a meaningful way
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product capabilities
  • Monitor, measure and report on key business and client metrics. Identify areas for continuous testing and optimization
  • Prioritize opportunities, define requirements and execute across design and engineering to take features from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Client Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams


  • Minimum of 8 years product management experience.
  • A practitioner of Agile software development and delivery.
  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making, plus the ability to work with incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs and turn them into solid action plans.
  • Strong, Effective communicator who cares about people, can build relationships and alignment internally and externally, and can articulate complex technical concepts to people of different backgrounds.
  • Experience being responsible for multiple projects.
  • Experience with client discovery and conducting client interviews
  • Ability to break down complex problems into steps and actionable user stories that drive business outcomes.
  • Competence creating and analyzing workflows, business processes and wireframes.
  • Strong user empathy and understanding of best in class UX and UI design
  • Experience working with a remote team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in product management at a fast-growing startup, on enterprise SaaS products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
